Unlike some aftermarket heads, AFR's Ford cylinder heads (CARB E.O. # D250-3) fit all of your stock components; no special parts are required! With lightweight 8mm, 1.900 in. intake valves and 1.600 in. exhaust valves, combustion chamber volumes of 58 and 60cc, and 68cc exhaust ports, these emissions-legal aluminum cylinder heads are perfect for 289 and 302 engines operating from idle to 6,000 rpm. A 3/4 in. thick head deck makes the heads ideal for nitrous or blower applications. Renegade cylinder heads will not accept rail rocker arms, and hardened pushrods are required on models designed for stud mount rocker arms.
